Once upon a time in someone's office.

B: You should really tell me what you think of them.
M: I think they are all great. They are experienced and knowledgeable.
B:  I understand that. But don't you think they are too slow, not responsive enough?
M: No. I think they are really good at what they are doing. And they are serious about their work. They are organized and paying enough attention to detail, which I think is something I should really learn from.
B: Right, but they are not good enough to response to new situation and meet the challenge.
M: Yes that's because they are old. This is something we cannot change. Besides, I do want to respect them because they are from older generation. And I don't want to hurt their feelings via judging their work... I don't have the right to judge my colleagues. I value what they are doing.
B: I don't like your attitude.  You cannot refrain from saying the truth because you are afraid of making others uncomfortable. You don't have any control of what others think of you and what you are saying. You don't need to concern about that.
